Request Account Deletion

What happens

• You send this request; no sign-in is needed.
• We contact you at the email address you provide to confirm it's really you. Nothing is removed until you're verified.
• Once verified, we remove your account so you can no longer sign in, and remove your policies, claims, documents, payments and messages from your dashboard and from our systems.

What we may need to keep

Insurance is a regulated business. We may be required to retain certain records (for example, policy and claims records) for legal, tax or regulatory reasons. Where that applies we'll tell you what we're keeping and why, and keep only what we must. See our Privacy Policy for details.
